Pop let us sleep this morning and it was seven thirty before I woke. I don’t know what time it was when we got started but Pop wasn’t in a hurry (which is very surprising) and after we did get started he drove fairly slow. We had gotten a paper while we were eating and June and I consumed the news. Sunday is the only paper we get if we get that. We got to the little town where Pop was to look up some of the Neoine’s relatives at just about twelve o’clock. They were old cousins of my grandfather. They were delighted to see us. We had a huge lunch with them and then about three moved on. We got here about seven o’clock. We came here so Pop could have the car gone over. They are made here. We got settled in a room and then went out to supper. If the job is going to take very long we are going to Chicago and then Pop is sending back for the car. It was terribly hot yesterday, 90 in the shade and the paper predicted hotter today but instead its been cloudy and cool quite a relief.
