February 28 & 29, 1932 - Sunday & Monday

Sunday - George and I were both awfully tired so he came over after dinner about 3:30 and we had a peaceful afternoon of study. He came back after supper and we studied until about 9:30. Really studied. Raining!!

Monday - Mrs. Saybolt kept us until four today in Technique of Acting class. We had a very short chapter meeting and then I went to the show with Jeannie. It was a good show but I should have studied.

I think I have been particularly studious this month. I loved having Aunty Mable and Mary here. I think they enjoyed themselves particularly Mary. I got a letter from Steve. He may make a flying visit here.

March 4, 1932 - Friday

I don’t know how I came out in my Econ quiz. There’s no telling. After lunch I went downtown to get Jeannie’s birthday present and some drugs. Jeanne’s dinner tonight. George came over. Studied about an hour.

February 27, 1932 - Saturday

Aunty Mable certainly got a kick out of college. They left this noon. I loved having them. About three went downtown with Jeannie, Janet and Peggy. Bought a new hat. Went to Midway tonight. We had a wonderful time.

February 26, 1932 - Friday

It was the most wonderful day. The weather was actually hot. Aunty Mable and Mary arrived at 4:30. Took them around the campus before dinner and to game afterwards. George came over about eleven. Stayed up ‘til one.

February 25, 1932 - Thursday

I have certainly been studying today. I got up at seven and studied Econ and English Drama before my eleven o’clock. I studied at Old Library with George from 1 to 5. Went to SPE house to dinner. Good time. George came over to study again.
