Mom woke me up at nine o’clock and asked me if I wanted to teach my class. I didn’t want to get up but I felt I had to. I went with out any breakfast. I came home right after SS and read the paper. Right after lunch Mom, June, Eleanor and I went to the movies. We saw mary Pickford in “My Best Girl”. It was very good I thought. We got home about three fifteen. I rested awhile and at about twenty to three called Hope up and she said they were coming for me about four. They got there about four thirty. We went to Hope’s and took some pictures and then had tea. About six we started for a ride. We went to McKinley and then we went to see the Guadalupe hill just at dusk. It was quite ghostly. On the way home we stopped at the Santa Anna Cabet to see what it was like. I got home about seven. We is Hope, Dave, Bunny and I.
