Well, I guess its decided that we’ll have printed invitations! Worse luck. We had another written lesson in Spanish today. Mr. Jofo’s a pill! We were almost late to school this morning so I dashed off without any breakfast. I satisfied my hunger a certain extent with candy just before Physics. Charlie Morton was driving the car and his friend was with him when they came after us today. I never saw as broad shoulders as Charlie has. I read the new book until about four thirty and then we went out to the Polo Club swimming. Both Mrs. Borrows and Eliz. Penn were out there showing off today. Eliz had Morton and John on her string today. For awhile June, Dorothy Roosea and I had the whole tank to ourselves. We got out a little after six but the kids took so long in the bath that it was ten to seven before we started. I washed my hair out there. The Alg. homework is hard. How is it done?
