I didn’t do much until about the middle of the morning, then I went out with Mom to do some errands. After lunch I read until later in the afternoon. I went with Mom to do some more errands. We went after Pop and had an early dinner. After dinner I read. About eight thirty Dick called up. I have a date for Sunday. He asked for Friday but we go to the Hendricks. He said that he had called up the last three days and hadn’t been able to catch me. Well I’m glad that he got me tonight. Whoopee!! This afternoon we went to the “China Drawn Work” and I got some lovely under cloths and night cloths and handkerchiefs. I washed three pairs of stockings and some stepins after lunch.
