This has been a grand day altho’ I didn’t get any studying done as I planned. I went to the dressmakers at ten. Had my nails manicured at 1:30. Went for walk with George at two. Got my dress at 4. It’s snooty! Then our wonderful, wonderful formal. George sent me a beautiful corsage. I’m so happy.
