I’ve had such a good time today. I went downtown early to
get George’s present. I went down again with George and Jimmy Ferguson. At two
Betty Mac and I went out to the sophomore picnic with them. It started to rain
about 3 but that didn’t spoil our fun. We came in at six, had heavenly dinner
and changed. Went out again until 8.
