It was sort of late when I got thru today so Doro and I
didn’t go very far; part way down the trail. I liked Gene but I went to the
dance tonight with Tom Moran. Swell time!!
Jane's Notes: Mom spells the name "Gene" and Dad spells the name "Jean". I think Dad must have been correct since he was a fraternity brother. Both Jean and Tom were life long friends of Ann & George, and as I've said previously, Doro and Jean eventually marry. We often visited with "The Gradys" when we were growing up. Their daughter Carol was my older sister Ann's age.
