Registration day. Got up to the campus at nine and was thru
by eleven. Fun to see all the girls again. After lunch Jeanne and I went down
town to get rest of my baggage. Unpacked that and went to a show again.

Dear Folks,
I have just finished registering, and I certainly am glad it
is over. I am rooming with Jean Grady and Dan Longken this term; we have the
room all fixed up great. Of course I get all the brakes; I have wakeup and fire
detail this week, darn it all.
Last night we all ate downtown and then went to see a show.
It was one of the funniest ones I have seen in a long while.
George is back this term; he, Bob Morton, and Steuver are the
only ones who didn’t make their grades.
Case and Udall rolled in today, and Case isn’t sure what he
is going to do to-date. He may go down to Marshfield and work.
It seems good to be back again with all the boys; I surely
will be glad when I am one of them.
I am going to send the overcoat up today.
Take good care of yourselves and keep that Phi-Delt
atmosphere away from Jeff.
Love, George
P.S. If you can find
an old rug for my room somewhere; I certainly would appreciate it.
GLH
