Nice surprise for me this morning. Three letters from
George. After lunch Eleanor and I went downtown with Mrs. Williams while she
did some shopping. After dinner Mrs. Williams and I saw Gloria Swanson. Good!
Jane’s Notes: Gloria Swanson was in two movies released in
1931, “Indiscreet” and “Tonight or Never.”
