I slept pretty late again this morning. Played with Eleanor in the afternoon and wrote letters. In the evening went to show with Bob Trim at Hollywood playhouse with Edward Everett Horton.

Jane’s Notes: Edward Everett Horton was a comedy character actor who was in four films in 1931: “Kiss Me Again”, “Lonely Wives”, “The Front Page”, and “Smart Woman.” He did not have the starring role in any of these films so he must have been a favorite, never the less to be the only star mentioned in this account.
